PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS
Would you like to be personally guided through the current exhibitions or have the museum all to yourself? We would be happy to put together individual guided tours for you – on various topics or exhibitions, and in different languages. We also offer private tours outside regular opening hours. These cost CHF 50 per hour or part thereof.
Parallel tours: Guided tours in parallel are not possible in the Thun Panorama, but we can accommodate two groups at the same time at the Kunstmuseum Thun.
Private guided tours in English and French only by appointment, min. 14 days in advance

Costs: CHF 190 + admission/ person, reduced admission for 10 persons or more

GROUP VISITS WITHOUT A GUIDE
A visit to Kunstmuseum Thun is also possible outside opening hours and without a guide (max. 20 people).
Cost: CHF 200 per hour plus admission fees
Cancellation policy: Please notify us of any postponements or cancellations in good time. No cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made up to 7 days before the booking date. For cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the booking date, 50% of the cost will be charged. For cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date, the full cost will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note: As unforeseen circumstances such as illness or force majeure may arise, we would like to point out that we reserve the right to adjust or, if necessary, cancel booked tours. This is based on the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 119 CO). If a planned guide is unable to attend at short notice, we will endeavour to conduct the tour with a qualified replacement or an adapted topic. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the tour in extreme cases. In such a case, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find a solution.
