HOFSTETTENSTRASSE 2006
The annual Hofstettenstrasse exhibition takes place at the turn of the year. Its aim is to provide an overview of current artistic output in the region and to offer a platform for a wide variety of artistic perspectives. Such an exhibition opportunity is just as important for younger and lesser-known artists as it is for older, already established artists.
Artists who have a connection to the Thun region based on their home, place of birth or place of work, or who grew up in the region, are eligible to participate. Applications are made by submitting a portfolio of works, which is discussed and assessed by a specialist jury. The members of the jury are elected anew each year by the Commission for Fine Arts (Kobik).
