Ausstellungsansicht, Hofstettenstrasse 2003

The annual Hofstettenstrasse exhibition takes place at the turn of the year. Its aim is to provide an overview of current artistic activity in the region and to offer a platform for a wide variety of artistic perspectives. This exhibition opportunity is just as important for younger and lesser-known artists as it is for older, already established artists. Eligible to participate are artists who have a connection to the Thun region based on their place of origin, birth, or work, or who grew up in the region. Applications are submitted by submitting a portfolio of works, which is discussed and evaluated by a jury of experts. The members of the jury are selected anew each year by the Commission for Fine Arts (Kobik).

Artists featured in the exhibition:
L’art pour l’aar, Marianne Baumann (CH *1937), Alain Blank (1961), Erik Dettwiler (SF *1970), Alexander Egger (CH *1946), Heinrich Gartentor (CH *1965), Hanspeter Gempeler (CH *1954), Marco Giacomoni (CH *1971), Filip Haag (CH *1961), Regula Hadorn (CH *1945), Mirjam Helfenberger (CH *1966), Christian Helmle (CH *1952), Burkhard Hilty (CH *1929), Myriam Aline Loepfe (CH *1973), Reto Leibundgut (CH *1966), Jürg Maurer (CH *1932), Chantal Michel (CH *1968), Ernesto N.
