Hans Hofmann

Hans Hofmann was born in Thun in 1949. In addition to his professional activity as a primary-school teacher and lecturer at the Pädagogische Hochschule [teacher-training college] in Bern, he is a self-taught photographer and works as a illustrator and etcher. He is a member of the GSMBA Bern [Society of Swiss Painters, Sculptors and Architects, Bern] and shows his works in various exhibitions. In 2017, his work was nominated for the Swiss Photo Award in the Fine Art category. He lives and works in Bern.
